Been coming here for years. My only issue was on one occasion when I got the oil and filter changed, the filter wasn't screwed in all the way and ended up leaking oil and almost burnt up my otherwise very healthy engine. Thankfully my mechanic caught it before it became a problem. I almost hesitated going back but human error will always exist. Haven't had a problem before or since then. Car washes are thorough, and spot cleanings are a fraction of the price than at a dealership. They also offer rain checks.
This car wash and detail shop is very good. Just had my SUV fully detailed including carpets cleaned, leather seats/upolstery treated and hand paste wax and buff for $129. Deal can't be beat! Did it in under 2 hours. (Nov 2017)
If I could give zero stars I would. I asked the employee how much it would cost to get a full synthetic oil change and he pointed to the sign and said "68.99." When I pulled my car into the building to get the oil changed, approximately two minutes later, a different employee looked under the hood and told me it would cost $89. When I told her I was just quoted a very different price she said that my Toyota Camry has a special filter and proceeded to try and charge me for their most expensive synthetic oil. I told her I would go somewhere else and left. Save your time and money and go anywhere else where they won't lie to you!
Even on a day where they were completely swamped the service was fast and friendly. They changed my cars oil, air filters, and washed my car. Very pleased with the experience overall. This is my new go-to oil change place in Dallas!
Customer service here was awful. I'd like to say this was a one off occurrence as it was my first time but I witnessed and experienced several rude employees. The saving grace was the cashier who was pleasent.
