I had to call them TWICE to get an answer on when I would be contacted. Just because the person who originally helped me set it up the account was no longer employed there... I guess they were going to sit on that $980 until I said something. 10 business days! That's 2 weeks of waiting. 2 weeks my father's headstone could have been in process to reach him sooner with the possibly of getting there by Father's Day.
I even asked the incompetent lady, Kisha, Kim whatever her name was, about not being contacted and her response was "I just process the confirmations and send it off to be created". No apology or even a bit of compassion. Never again!
I was okay with this place until today.
Good service to use. Not too fond of their cemetary.
I had a nice funeral there for my love one,
but it seem as though I started having problem with getting my loved one headstone finish.
Some of the most compassionate and helpful professionals I have ever met in the industry. I definitely more than suggest families coming to Lincoln to have their loved ones funeral service and interment. So glad my family made the change.
Lincoln is pretty good with funerals I guess, I have never really experienced a funeral with Lincoln because most of my loved ones choose Golden Gate. BUT I will say they making to much money not to be done put concrete on that right side when entering the funeral home I guess those who have passed and been buried on the right side behind the funeral home is too good, because they have concrete on that side so when it rains, on the right it be flooded with alot of water if you have a very low car I advise you not go in there you just might get stuck too much money not to be down put concrete down for your customers, further more you all other cemetery down I-45 called Lincoln-Carver Cemetery is rachet too no concrete just gravel and you have to go real slow or you will bottom out if your car low, that cemetery need to have concrete put down also. That's a SHAME you all make to much money not to be done paved that with concrete all these years. AND THE REASON I RATED YALL TWO IS BECAUSE YOU ALL CEMETERY ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS FULL OF MUD AND THE ONE DOWN I-45 CALLED LINCOLN-CARVER.
