Have used swift park twice now, LOVE IT! Super easy and the 24 hr shuttle is awesome since usually I fly back at night. Great prices, friendly and promt staff. I travel a lot and always use swift park. Thanks guys!
My family and I always used Swift parking but never again!!! I wish I could leave no stars. The ride to the airport was fine. When my flight came in and I called the number on the card there was no answer. I called about 50 times still no answer. I was stuck at the airport with my kids for an hour. I will spend me money elsewhere.
Parking lot was full. WAY too small. They were double and triple parking cars. Wanted my keys so they could reposition car while I was away. NO WAY I was going to let them move my car around in such a densely packed lot.
Once a loyal customer - I had a reservation and when I arrived, there were no parking spaces. The lady in the van was rude and told us to leave my keys with them. Totally unexpected. Why pay for a reservation if the lot is full? I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! I my reservation fee returned. SMH
Found quality COVERED parking right next to airport for just a little bit more.
Unprofessional, impolite, and likely to leave you at Love field on arrival. If ziknew whom to write I would demand a refund! I will never use them again!
