Park my car here July 2 to July 7 and paid in advanced for ultimate car detail package. Well I know why they have you pay in advance because otherwise customers will not pay for the poor service. Car washed on the outside but by no means was the car detailed on the inside. Seats were only swept, not cleaned. Front window not cleaned inside, still had dirty film , not swept under the back seats and fingerprints on the inside roof. Biggest waste of 90.00 dollars. Had to pay again when I got home to have the car cleaned again. So much for trying to save time as this cost me double amount of time and money.
I love having a scheduled space to park since I usually arrive very early in the morning. Scheduling a parking space online prior to arrival is the only way to go!
Easy online reservations and reminders... Quick pick-up and drop-off any time of day... Safe, covered parking... Reasonable pricing and frequently available deals/coupons... Friendly, helpful shuttle drivers and cashiers.
Also, (even though this may not seem like much) I thought it to be a nice touch of added customer service, to give the cold bottles of water at the checkout booth! I will definitely be using this place for my future travel parking needs!
