nice and clean, but they don't carry a wide variety of dog food.
I called City Pet Supply and asked them to order a pet carrier for me. I provided them with a website that included the bag description and price and they agreed to order the bag for me from their supplier. A few weeks later I went in to pick-up my bag only to find it priced $60 more than the website I sent them. I questioned this and was called the next business day by the manager.
This store is well organized, always clean, right next door to a dog-friendly coffee shop (yes!), and the employees are always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
No customer should ever be treated this way. Shame on you!
Such a wonderful place to go for a walk, there are a lot of necessary items in here for all the pet owners and pet lovers out there, what a great store.
The manager's response is why I will never be back. Not only was he extremely rude on the phone but he hung up on me. I tried to call back and he answered the phone saying "Never call here again!".
