I went here to get my dog groomed today and Akeba, the grooming leader was a great help. I'll definitely be returning again with my dog, Papa. Thanks again...5 stars.
Bad grooming, they even couldn't find my puppy when I picked her up, they had to go back and look 3 times!!! my pup went in for a trim and bath and she came out smelling like she did when she went in, her face wasn't trimmed at all and only thing it seemed like they did was actually grind her nails. What a waste, I prefer to take her to my regular location in Houston!!
We had our Great Dane puppy at their daycare for almost a month. Super sweet staff but our dog got kennel cough from this place

I've visited 5 Petsmarts in the dfw area and am always met by friendly employees. This location, however, has not only bad customer service, but is down right distasteful. I'm surprised Jennifer, Hispanic girl with shoulder length straight brown hair and glasses, working the register on the evening of black Friday, is even employed at a pet loving place like Petsmart, when she doesn't even have people skills. Who rolls their eyes at customers asking for help? She should be careful, not everyone is willing to put up with such disrespect & will forget that she's standing behind a register and snatch her up & put her in her place real quick with the smart mouth and eye rolling she provides paying customers. Management should do themselves a favor and get rid of this loser, she's making the business look really badly.
