Love this place. Karen, the manager, was super nice and helpful with our aquatic plant situation. Also the cashier, can't remember her name, was super sweet. They all seem to care about the animals there and the cages were clean with enrichment and toys. The tanks were outstanding. Not a spec of algae and the prices are great. Will definitely be coming back.
Greatest place for all of your pet needs! I especially love the turtles. Great selection of pet food! Way better than the bigger chains.
Wide selection of food for your pets and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I drive 20 mins to buy the food for my cat due to their nice prices and the fact that they are the only store that carry the brand as well. They also have a wide selection of kennels, "houses", toys, accessories for the pets!
The staff is exceptional compared to most pet stores I have been to. Chris, the manager, is excellent and works to ensure that employees are responsive, knowledgeable, and informed.
Great little pet store with the pet food and supplies you can't get at the grocery store. High end pet food and pet supplies. I love being able to run in and grab whatever I need instead of driving across the city and having to park and walk and then walk all over the gigantic store. The staff is always very nice as well
