I went in because I was referred by a friend from work. The set up is way backwards, they don't show you any vehicles until after you've been approved. Went in because they sent me an email in reference to a Black Friday sale $99 down. They sucker you to come in and then hit you with your car payments due in a week. If your having problems with other places then this is the place to go. Otherwise go somewhere else. Never heard of getting a tote the note car and paying in a week. Should have went to Owens or Discount Motors we're your payments due 2 weeks after your down payment. Seriously thinking of taking them their vehicle back and going somewhere else. And I just got it less than 24 hours ago.
The process was simple with no hassle. Steve Moreno went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and drove off the lot the same day. Everyone was friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Excellent customer service. Thank you Steve!!
I usually don't go and Post reviews but this issue should have been handled a long time ago. I have a vehicle from Auto City And I can say that I have not had any issues. I guess that is why so many good reviews cause as long as the car is running then you don't have bad reviews. Now let me tell you about my husband car who has only had the car since March 2017. Not only is the car supposed to be covered by the 2 year Warranty We cant get any one to handle the situation. He is having Electrical issues but yet keeps getting the run a round and Now about to lose his job because he cant get back and forth to work. No one wants to help him out and he is making payments. Again I have my vehicle which runs great so no complaints but you will find out the true colors of these people if you ask them to honor the warranty
Alex R is the best hands down! If you ever need a ride go see him and use me as a referral but he worked with me on things I know no-one else would and I drove off in my new pretty ride and I love it! Stop looking elsewhere where and get your car where I got mine you will be highly satisfied.
