I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff all around is very helpful. And they make your wants a priority. They work to get within a comfortable budget and show you every step of the way, by explaining each adjustment with paperwork. We even talked to the finance manager prior to going back to sign everything. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase.
I took my recently purchased chevy truck(used, but not purchased from) to Friendly. The service team treated me like I had been a customer for years. I had a great service experience. I have moved a lot during my career. Often, when I take my vehicles in for service I am made to feel like a second class citizen since I didn't purchase my vehicle from that dealership. But not at Friendly! Thank you for making me feel like a life long customer. I will be back!!!
The easiest, most stress free car buying experience I've ever had! Garrett (Big Tex) was amazing. Had it not been for him, I wouldn't have bought my new car. He made it a great experience. I'm so grateful for the awesome customer service!
I contacted them last night about two possible trucks I'm interested in, got information on trade in and gave credit information. Nearly 24 hours later one barely been able to talk to this dealership. I've done all the work it seems, I have never had this problem with a dealer, usually you they are really on top of it with customer because they want to make a sale. This dealer doesn't realize it is in business because of other people not them. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I finally got a hold of an associate about 30 minutes ago to cancel the deal that there was no need to go any further which blows because the deal on the truck was actually pretty decent. I would rather spend a little extra money for being treated fairly. Again I encourage anybody to stay away from this especially an internet sale which is what I tried. Maybe it's better in person maybe not. I'll never find out that's for sure. I'll get the truck I want tomorrow at a different dealer and I'm sure it will go allot differently.
They service department is awesome here. We had our first road trip in the Equinox planned for months, and I waited til the last minute to get my oil changed... It was literally the day before we left! I called that morning, and they were able to take me at 3 pm that day, and I was in and out within an hour!
