I can honestly report that North Texas Auto Sales has been the most helpful and hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. Benny, Brittney, and John Jr. took great care of me and were especially attentive to my needs throughout the sale. I sensed a passion for customer service and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the office and the lot. Every vehicle was in tip top condition and I would be proud to own any of them. The entire experience lasted only a few hours and I will definitely be seeing them again!

My car was lost in the Hurricane Harvey flood back in August and it was difficult finding a car that fit my budget. I ended up finding one at this dealership in the Dallas area and I cannot be anymore pleased with the level of service I received. From the manager John to his mechanic Robert, they really do take care of their customers. When I arrived, they were very cordial and treated you like family. There were a couple of minor issues that surfaced with the vehicle unexpectedly; however, John went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of (and fixed the issues on his own dime!!). He even picked me up at the rental car place and was sure to listen / take care of all of my concerns. My new car is running great and I couldn't be anymore pleased. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely consider buying another car from them in the future!!

I am well pleased with my buying experience at this car dealership. John, the salesman, did not pressure me to buy the car. The atmosphere was very relaxing. While the car I was buying had the tires replaced, he showed me around to see the other cars. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Azera and I believe I got a very good deal for the car. I will definitely consider to buy from this place the next time I am shopping for another car.
