Such a mess. The whole store is a disaster. Don't even think about going in the dressing room. Very low quality merchandise. Unprofessional and rude employees as well.
Horrible service. Stood in line behind one person for no less than 20 minutes. When cashier called for backup they told me to go downstairs where there is "no line." Okay, I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have a stroller and my toddler with me, but sure, I'll go find the elevator and go downstairs. Turns out this was the "no line" (see pic).
So I go back upstairs and continue waiting behind that one person.
Worst store in terms of customer respect/Service. The size my wife was looking for was not on the rack but it was on doll. Since there will be no one to help you here, she had to stand in long Queue on saturday noon and upon reaching the counter, we told he size she is lookign for is not available on rack and its on doll. So he told someone would come and get us that out of doll. We got that and when we went back to the counter, he said we have to again go all the way at the back in the line. When we told our story, he said he never saw us. This idiot had helped us just 5 mins before n he said he did not see us at all. Never coning back here.
Pretty average visit. They have no lingerie section at this location, but they have a cosmetics section larger than any h&m I've ever been to (granted, the cosmetics at h&m are horrible quality, but if you use them they have a great selection at this location). Clothing selection is alright, but the checkout took absolutely forever when there really weren't many people waiting in line.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE to tell the pregnant lady go downstairs with your kid and you won't wait in line.
I bought some clothes and earrings today. I paid for the earring but found out that it was NOT putted in my bag when I got home.
