I just had a conversation with a lady in line about how if we didn't find stuff we really liked we would have walked instead of standing in this line. I understand having 2 cashiers in the middle of the day, but in the evening right before closing when people are here after work? You guys have 6 lines. There should be more than 2 cashiers with this crowd. Make that one, one just disappeared.
It's very unorganized and not very clean. The employees treat you like a criminal at least that's the way it felt to me. Trying on stuff in the dressing room is a big ordeal counting exactly how many garments you're going to try on. Then they close the dressing rooms like 45 minutes before they even close. I love Ross when I am in the thrift store kind of mood, but there are plenty of nicer Ross locations to choose from, and I would and do !
It's great they have nice things for low prices. I only have 2 complaints which is that their restrooms don't look clean at all and they smell really bad. The other problem I had was that they don't have many things for the small sizes.
Prices are really good. It can get really busy in here. The lines can be long but they go by pretty fast. I’ve found everything I’ve ever needed in Ross.
Not even want star I understand stores being busy but normally pretty at least on the east coast we are use to registers for those people with let's than 10 items. This cashier wanted to make me do an hour line for me to pay one item while she was just seating there with not line on the return line...
