Items marked for sales did not ring up correctly at register and the Cashier "Chris" never stopped talking, ever. She got on the radio and dramatically complained and scolded someone about the incorrectly priced items, obviously as a show for some reason, it was so uncomfortable. Then she just kept talking, complaining about drivers, parents, everything, all without answers or reciprocated conversation. Then at the end of the transaction she answered a call while finishing up with us, the caller clearly wanted to know if they were open on Easter (the day we were there), she said they were and gave the hours, then hung up the phone and said "Loser" intentionally loud enough for us to hear and laughed. Definitely not someone who should be in a customer facing role, and would cause us to turn around and walk away if we saw she was behind the register if we were to return.
The absolute WORST location, the cashiers are extremely rude, the employees that are on the floor act as if it's a hassle to help you. I will NEVER return to this location!
Maybe it's a busy post-memorial day weekend but store is a mess. Retail is dying. Buy online and pray it will fit.
I never rate stores, but you need a warning before you walk into this one. The quick change rooms were a mess- I went in two different ones and there were clothes piled every where. The cashiers were so slow, even though the customers only had one or two items.
This is a two level Old Navy with women's and work out gear on the bottom floor (with access to street level shops) and men's and kid's wear on the top floor (with access to the Whole Foods parking lot) It was difficult to find selections of men's clothing in XXL sizes (including waistlines of 40-42) and nothing at all bigger than that.
