Went bra shopping here, as I read several reviews online recommending the selection and customer service at Nordstrom. I recently lost around 60 lbs, and was in dire need of a fitting. Janvi was exceptional! I told her what size I had been wearing, and with one quick measurement, she was off on the hunt. She returned with several brands and styles, and was able to help me find 4 everyday bras, plus a sports bra that all fit great! I just happened to be in Dallas on vacation, and decided to pop in here as there is not a Nordstrom anywhere near my home town (I could drive to Houston, but ugh...). Will definitely visit again in the future!
The absolute worst experience of my shopping lifetime.. I spend at least 1k a month at this location on a Nordstrom card and the one time very first time I have a no receipt return two separate group of employees cannot help.. However they hound you to sell you something when they think you're about to make a purchase.. Nordstrom at Northpark would never treat a customer like this..

Great experience! They always have good sales, and a great range of prices, from extremely high end like Prada, to some that are much more affordable. The employees were extremely nice and helpful, and they also made a great conversation! Every time I go, it is always clean, with great sales. By far one of my favourite department stores.
This is another store, that gives me another reason to visit Galleria. Dept are well set up and easy to find. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I bought some items from the Hosiery dept and the lady was helpful. It was very well organized.
