The office for the dui is very disrespectful and stupid. They need better service. Just out of nowhere hung up on me after I waited for a long time for them to answer me. Wish there was another office close by.
Everyone was engaging, good attitude & kind. I loved the communication on how long the passport would take. Went to eat and when I returned my passport was ready. Very grateful for your service today. Thank you for helping our beautiful Salvadorians and making a difference. I think it is important that we as customers remain polite even if we do have to wait. Come prepare! I noticed that this people work extremely hard and stay busy.
Hi well i call to ask about what i need for renew. Horrible place, their space can easily be seen to be outdated and overcrowded. The people who work here are also very rude and extremely unprofessional.
I think is a great opportunity to be able to drive 30 minutes to 3 hours and be able to renovate a passport in a day instead of having family or friends to do it for us in our country and then will take much longer. I really appreciate the service these people are providing me, thanks and keep it up...
