My husband and I live in Austin since January and heard that consular officers in Dallas are nicer than any others in TX. That's why we visited the Consulate in Dallas and were pretty satisfied with their services. One male officer was really kind to us so that we could feel very comfortable on that day. As we have lived in Berlin for about seven years before, we can definitely say that everything they offer is way better than the Consular office in Germany.
If the way I was welcomed and treated today when I went to the Korean consulate this morning is any indication of how they treat foreigners in their country, I'm going to love living there for the next year! Wow! Outstanding customer service! The young man who waited on me was very courteous and helpful. Best experience in any foreign consulate ever! Looking forward to my stay in South Korea! ❤️
I visited the Korean consular office in Dallas a couple of weeks ago to notarize my driver's license. I was really amazed by the male officer's attitude towards Korean visitors. He was incredibly kind and friendly compared with the consular officers in Germany. It is nowadays very difficult to experience this kind of things especially in big cities. I was deeply grateful to him for his kindness.
