Everybody is rude, horrible service, and they are greedy for having to charge parking.. Typical Mexicans government always trying to take advantage of their own people. Oh and not to mention u have to pay for your own copies. What an embarrassment it is to be Mexican . when u come to places like this.

I had read all the reviews before going there.. I was prepared for the worse.. but it was actually GREAT! Yes parking was limited but we found a spot. People were very friendly and helpful. In and out within 45 mins.

No se para que ponen numero de telefono nunca contestan idiotas guebones si no kieren trabajar larguense de ahi me a tocado que dicen que son voluntarios con mas razon larguenze cabrones idiotas

The consulate moved to this location a couple of years ago, on tv I watched a representative talk about the accessibility of this new place. More parking spaces, a magnificent move I thought since the old location lacked of parking. Once I arrived I entered the parking lot of the building, and to my surprise every single spot was marked 'reserved for employee' and had a traffic cone in front of the spot. No big deal, I thought I'd just drive to the back and park. WRONG, I was greeted by a sing that said 'exiting consulate parking. Parking is 10.00' or something like that. I immediately drove right out, it makes no damn sense that the parking lot for 'employees' was half empty and you're forced to park somewhere else for 10.00! Is not even about the money is the principal of it. Why move to a more spacious building if you're going to 'reserve' all the parking species for employees that don't even exist. I have no reviews regarding the service because I didn't even make it in. If they're taking advantage of people by making them pay and park in another parking area. I can't even imagine the service. I will be alright with not having a Mexican passport, the American one will do for when I travel to my country.

Let's start off by saying that you have to pay $10 for parking, okay that's whatever but when you get here 30 minutes before the time of your appointment, that took a month to get, and it still takes you more than 2 hours to get your documents processed and it takes them more than an hour for then to hand them to you, it's ridiculous! It's very frustrating to see employees walking around not doing anything just looking around talking to others or on their personal phones... need to work on a better system, I paid for my passport renewal at 11:25am and it took them 1hr and 25 minutes to finish making it. Be ready to spend around 2 and half hours here.
