Very unprofessional - does not allow the use of an EMPTY parking lot although they rarely get any business and there are never any cars parked there. Causes inconvenience for no reason.
They forgot the urn and flowers that my grandmother ordered. We got to the veterans memorial cenetary and they brought my grandfather in a cardboard box. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to another family.
Thank you for doing an amazing job for the funeral service for my Dad today (Pat Graffeo). Anyone that is looking for a professional, courteous, and caring staff should look no further. We worked with Austin and he and the entire Ted Dickey team pulled together a service better than we could have ever hoped at a very reasonable price. They allowed us to decorate the foyer, put together an outstanding tribute video and helped set up the caterer, floral arrangements and removed the stress in planning and hosting the funeral.
