I have stated at the Sheraton multiple times I've the last two years and each time is a very pleasant experience. On the 4 the floor in the North tower is a well equipped fitness center that is usually empty. There is also now a pool table in the main lobby. The staff is always very quick to respond to any issues that arise as well.

The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and willing to assist customers in any way they could. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel bar had great burgers and fries and a nice variety of beers in tap. The restaurant on the first floor was very good and would eat there again. The facility looks nice and there were many hidden spots to have a time to do some work or even meet with a coworker. There was a pool table and other activities in a lounge area suitable for after work networking or even spending time with the family.
Great rooms, but a lot of disconnect between upgrades and reservations online and what they gave us at check in. The wait staff at the on site restaurants are not good at all. Theres nothing around it so you need a car or a cab to eat anywhere else. The bartenders at the lobby bar are awesome, totally slammed they are still great and funny. The beds are amazing and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The shower is a bit tough to operate and has no nuance.

Great convention venue. Staff was constantly monitoring room temps which made for comfortable meetings. Exhibit Hall was spacious and easy to navigate. Signs also helped navigate a confusing three tower layout.
