Yesterday, we went to find a part for our bathroom, they didn't have it, they called a competitor to make sure they had, we left sitting at Coit about to pull out, and here runs Dwayne, runs up to the car with the part in his hand. WOW! Best customer service ever!
Love Ace Hardware! Super friendly and helpful employees plus they have many items not found at Lowes or Home Depot. It's truly like a friendly neighborhood hardware store. Prices are good and I like giving business to a smaller chain store. Sadly my local Ace store closed but I'm happy to travel a little further to come here. I hope they stay in business. I will do all I can to help make that happen.
