The store itself is great. Delivery service? Not so much. We had scheduled a delivery of a washer and dryer about 10 days after we bought it because it was the first available time slot for AFTER 3 PM. Well, on the day of delivery our driver calls me at 1 PM to reschedule because I wasn't home! I said you were supposed to be at my house after 3 when I get off work. It's just frustrating waiting 10 days and then find out they screwed up the delivery time. All in all not a huge deal.
They didn't have what I was looking for even though the computer said it was in stock. A lady helped me look for a good ten minutes so that was nice. Went back later that day for something else.
I walked around for about 30 minutes and not a single person as they can help me. The only attention that I got was a few employees asking me to get out of their way. I'm about to start a remodel on my bathroom and planned on spending a good chunk of money there. I guess that makes my decision very easy on whether I want to shop at Lowes or Home Depot.
Worst place to try and find a sales associate. Walked around for 20 mins trying to find help. Took my money else where.
My boyfriend moved into his new place and decided to try a project. The wood he got from here split (multiple pieces) of the good kind of wood you buy packaged, with wood screws. We had to return some stuff anyway, so he asked if there was anything they could do. A manager on shift looked really worn-down and basically just listened to him and nodded. My dad and me use Lowe's all the time for woodworking/projects and never experienced this, so I was surprised they weren't of any help.
