The staff are always immediately available to help you locate items, and usually have helpful advice. Not the same selection of the big guys, but a wonderful neighborhood hardware store.
like another reviewer said: good one on one service. Weird plumbing part? Someone (not everyone) in the store will know what's up with it. Not a big box place where you're on your own.
I walked in the front door and Joe immediately asked if I needed help finding anything, I was taken to just what I needed, given advice and he even took my things to the front for me! Incredible service, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks Joe!!
Well rounded selection with a very knowledgeable staff. They carry quality brands and the store is always clean.
Horrific!!! Two male employees tried to belittle me for looking for potting soil. They kept on about the wrong time of year and kept on about how I should learn how to take care of plants. All of this was unsolicited. I grow plants that most people can't grow. I have two green thumbs. U did not need two jerk no it alls who actually no nothing trying to "educate" me. They were a joke!!
