My Husband came here before we were engaged to look at rings....he was looking at several places really, at first. I've got to acknowledge Mr. Andrew Bhatia for this experience. I was nervous having to visit jewelry store for the first time to pick out an engagement ring. Everyone said "you gotta shop around," but I did not need to take my business elsewhere thanks to Andrew. He took every minute of his time and sincerely helped me to find the ring for my fiancee. No rush, no pressure, but worked with so much patience and professionalism, and he spoke with lots of knowledge and experience, and I could tell he's been in this industry for a very long time. We are very happy with the selection, and more than that, I loved the experience. I am very glad that he walked us through this :)
The customer service was outstanding. We came in about 45 minutes before closing time and Stacey was so amazing and stayed late to find us the perfect rings. She really put in the effort to find me what I wanted and find the perfect diamond and financing to go with it. I got the ring of my dreams thanks to Stacey!
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Robbins Brothers, specifically with Liz Dilley. My fiance and I were beyond indecisive when it came to the decision of what wedding bands we would purchase as there were so many great options. Liz was patient, honest and beyond helpful (even answering phone calls and text messages on her days off). She made sure to let us know when the upcoming specials and designer shows were happening, ensuring we would get the best rate when we purchased.
