Really loved coming to their outlet and spend there lots of money , employees are great ,until I’ve had to deal with an owner very rude and angry Pearson. After I made an offer on disassembled power washer and employee agreed to my price ,owner got all mad only cause I was negotiating and told me his not gonna sell me anything. I think he was hoping to sell this power washer to somebody who doesn’t know that it was missing a pump and tank which are most expensive parts for it. Sadly won’t be going there anymore,neither my friends.
Good selection of items for sale. Great customer service. Gizmo Ramos helped me out. So nice and helped me find what I was looking for. Just put an Apple IPad on layaway for Christmas. Thanks Gizmo!
Best Pawn in Texas. Customer Service was fabulous. Buddy and Issac was very understanding to my needs and didn't give me a hard time. Made me laugh so hard both managers made me forget my financial stress when I walk into their establishment. Brought in a 400 dollar necklace to be pawned and was offered 35 bucks and couldn't even receive that because they require hardback IDs yet there is no sign stating it. First pawnshop experience and definitely last.
I came here because the online reviews seemed like it would be a great place to do business. I now believe that the employees must have had their friends submit reviews dirt then because that is not at all what I experienced. They were rude and unwilling, especially Diana - I will not be coming here again.
