I have received many gifts from this location. I would have given 5 stars. For the most part, everyone is polite and helpful. Only one person consistently makes an effort to not be courteous and hospitable. I do not know her name, but it does not matter. The service received from the other team members more than makes up for her behavior.
They don't seem to be very dependable or responsive. I dropped a $500 watch off for repair in December and they still didn't know where it was in March. Said they had to send it off and that they would check on it. They also took way longer to size my ring than they initially told me.
