My husband picked the most perfect diamond for me just over 2 years ago with Brandon and I absolutely cherished it. One day I noticed that somehow I chipped my gorgeous ring! I was completely devastated because I was very attached to my diamond. We went in to Zales NorthPark and Brandon and the team went above and beyond to find me THE MOST STUNNING replacement. I will never be able to thank them enough for taking such great care of us. If you are looking to propose in the near future I highly recommend working with this amazing store. Went in looking for a ring and was helped by Deion (the black guy with great fashion sense). He was so nice and helpful! Very knowledgeable too. Even tho I couldn’t afford the purchase, I felt very comfortable and at home in the store. Had some amazing deals as well. Recommended!
My fiancee and I have had money tied up at this store for over 4 months. We custom ordered an engagement ring and the employee assisting us put in a request which we later learned wasn't possible. We had to call and visit the store repeatedly to get answers because employees couldn't answer questions, managers couldn't answer questions, jewelers were going rogue, etc.. We heard every excuse in the book and didn't receive an apology until we threatened to pull the plug. It took nearly 3 months to see an attempt at the original request, and the ring was unsatisfactory so we cancelled and got a refund. At the same time we ordered the engagement ring, we ordered a small piece as a place holder. It was damaged while being re-sized and WE were the ones who identified the damage, so we had to send it back. Now that our big engagement ring order has been cancelled, we cannot get any information on our smaller purchase and they will not cancel the order/return our money. I have been avoiding leaving a negative review out of politeness but my patience is exhausted. This store doesn't care about you. The employees don't care about you. Zales should close this location. Go somewhere else.
Our sales associate was Cathy. As soon as we walk in she immediately met with us. She was so nice and very complementary. Even tho I knew exactly what I wanted she was very VERY helpful. She knew exactly which display to look in. We asked about our options on paying and again was very helpful. She wanted to make sure we left with my dream ring today! After not being able to do the credit one (which I figured I wouldn't but worth a shot) she did let us know that basically had an in company finance option. Luckily my fiancé was approved for that option! We were in and out with no problem and got to leave with my dream ring! She let us know of all the advantages I had of buying the ring and what I can do to make sure it stays so pretty. I will definitely be coming back for any of my jewelry wants. My father brought me here to buy me a gift and the sales guy we had was very pushy. I don't often feel pressured into a sale but this guy worked so fast and didn't allow us to ask questions that we ended up buying something on a whim. When I came to pick it up, the store manager was very rude. Overall my experience was terrible. There's a reason that better jewelry stores exist. I will never shop at a Zales again.
