I frequent this place every week on Tuesdays when the tickets are discounted. Sometimes I attend on regular days. It's a typical movie theater, but I have noticed an upgrade in their services and concession. I've never had an issue with the staff, and if I come across and issue due to other patrons, the staff at Cinemark 17 ALWAYS makes it their duty to compensate and/or solve the problem. Their customer service is impeccable and it is obvious that they value their customers. I won't stop going. :)
It the movie started at 8:30pm I pressed the button at 8:35pm and I had to asked a server assistant for a manager at 9:20 pm. My unassisted for a little under an hr. About 50 minutes with out assistance. The workers look ghetto and lazy. Never come here. Everyone around me was promptly served but and not even came to me.
The manager was very nice and empathetic. He listened to me and had the calmness.of Mr. Roger one the old show Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. All I can remember is how nice he.was.not the bad service. I'm going back there again!!
Even after the movie the guests had not even been checked out and they had to retrieve their servers. Maybe it's best I was so annoyed that I didn't even order anything.
Quick, friendly service. Arcade is a really fun place to hang out with friends. Food and popcorn are delicious. Downsides to coming here: Some people won't be quiet and it's very easy to hear, also sometimes parents can't keep their kids' voices down and won't do anything throughout the movie. Overall, this place is great. Never had an issue.
Very nice theater all around. The service at the snack bar was better than I expected and the ushers were all very friendly. They have great screens and the prices are quite reasonable.
It's the best experience I've had going to this theater with my kids and I would continue to go see movie's and enjoy the snack bar and game room. My kids were exited to attend a movie where as we will no longer attend the Amc. That's how impressed we were with cinamark and I definitely invite all my friends and colleagues to visit this theater. The comfort of the seats and the great service we got before and after we went inside. Freddie
