I order food for me and my daughter and the food NEVER came. The seat where nasty and had ketchup all over the table. I usually have a good time at Studio Movie Grill but this location on technology Blvd. SUCKS!!!
Worst experience ever. We decided to go see Thor, at the 12:00p time, and were stunned to see a couple bring a very small baby (10 months old maybe?) whom was already crying prior to the movie. After first ten minutes of this child (who should not have been in this movie to start with) I went and got the Manager, a shorter heavier set black woman, who was extremely polite, but told us there was nothing they could do about the child. I asked for a refund, and was told I could leave if I wanted to but that’s on me. She said she couldn’t make them leave, but would ask them to step out if he was crying. She left and of course this baby was crying (such a loud movie for such a young precious baby). The dad didn’t want to leave instead just stood up in the middle of the theatre and started rocking him.... so not only was the baby screaming now but he was blocking everyone’s view. I asked the manager again, she said she could do anything they bought tickets just like did. Food took a long time to come out and over all they wouldn’t even let us move to the next time frame. 50$ down the drain for a horrid experience.
Great place for a date night. Comfortable seating and good service. Laid back atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing night out with great movie selections.
Generally empty compared to other similar theaters in Dallas. Some servers are great, others not so much. One consistent problem? I've been here about 10 times now, and they've given us silverware without us asking once. Cheap on Tuesdays!
The movie and sound were great! Customer service need to listen better and be happy they have a job. They lack motivation.
