So overall: The food, the staff, the sound in the theatre was quality but not too loud, and the seats... Oh my God those seats are so nice. This will be my go to movies now.
Nice place to take the family and relax while watching your favorite movie.. No long ticket booth lanes, or for snacks.. Love it
I am amazed at the professionalism exhibited by the staff here. I went to these movies tonight and everything was wonderful. I have to mention the tall gentleman with the walking cane he was very personable and professional.
It's easy to purchase tickets at the kiosk. The wait for snacks is usually pretty long but there is a good selection as well as dinner items. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Reclining seats are awesome. The only thing missing is being able to bring my lap dog for company.
My best friend and I went here for a "bestie date", as she called it.
Major Security Problems.
I have been coming to this theater regularly for a year and a half. Good prices, comfy seats, great rewards program. They do, however, have a MAJOR security problem. My vehicle has been broken into twice here. The first time was on a Tuesday in the late evening. I parked away from other cars and the police told me that that was unwise. Sure, valid point. So I started only coming in the middle of the day on weekends and parking closer to the building. That doesn't seem to help. My vehicle was again broken into between 2-4:30 PM on a Saturday in broad daylight. I was told by the manager this time (different guy than last time) that this is a regular occurrence and there's nothing they can do about it. I understand fully that maybe I should've avoided this theater after the first break-in, but I believed that to be an isolated incident. I have accumulated over 100k loyalty points here and I can say for a certainty that I will never attend this theater again, and neither should you if you value anything you keep in your vehicle.
