If you're going to order food make sure you arrive early because depending on what you order it might take a few minutes. Other than that I've always liked my experience here. Oh and use the parking garage I think it's easier.
Really nice theater. I love the recliners they make the movie experience much more comfortable. The staff is pretty nice. Only thing I would change is adding more food options. I think AMC in general needs to up there game on food. However I will be back.
Easily my favorite movie theater in DFW (and maybe anywhere). Love the seating and sound system, especially in Theater #1, where they show whatever the big movie is at that time. The popcorn is always fresh and they have the soft drink machines with a zillion drink choices. Saturday and Sunday morning matinee is cheap and parking is super easy on those days/times. Tip - if you want a cup of coffee, make sure they already have some made - it takes forever and could make you late for the show.
I purchased tickets for my friend's birthday outing. I just moved here and it was my first time at a theatre with recliners. We went to our seats to find that one recliner did not work. It was the first night of the movie and a Friday night so the theatre was packed. I did not want to disturb others or miss the first part of the movie so I did not leave the theatre to ask about it. After the movie I asked the manager if he would make some allowance for the situation. His abrupt reply was that I should have gotten them to come fix it. So, according to him, I should have had my movie experience and other's interrupted or run the risk of missing the first of the movie to have them fix a recliner. I wonder if the AMC on Valley View offers better service? I am disappointed that what should have been a concession in the name of good customer relations showed how little they care.
I've seen a few movies here now. Very comfortable place and a great location. Excellent if you want to run to do something before or after a movie on an outing. The theaters are well maintained and getting through the ticket lines doesn't appear to be an issue (I always pre-order though). I did feel the drinks were a little pricey than the average theater that serves alcohol, but that wasn't too surprising. Will definitely be returning for more movies.
