I was impressed by their reviews. Especially as a first time biker I thought they would welcome me to the biker world. I brought in a hybrid bicycle Inherited to me and requested for their basic tuneup service. When I came back the next day to pick up I could tell that something was wrong and I noticed that the front brakes were destroyed. But I am new to this bike world so initially I didn't really pay attention. I came back to the shop And requested to solve the issue. I paid for them to to fix the brake issue. Now after one day of riding use, my tire blows out.
Great customer service. Affordable repair pricing. Christian is the reason you want a local bike shop. I have pricey toys and I trust this shop to fix them.
Great service, had a tube replaced in about 10 minutes. The only full service bike shop in Central Dallas that won't rake you over the coals on price.
I typically don't write reviews but the service here is deceiving. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you're a first timer because they will take advantage of you. And they have a bunch of kids running the shop without adult supervision. Ridiculous!
I recently visited this bike shop for the first time and I must say that I'm happy with their customer service. The young man that was there that particular day was kind enough to change out my inner tube twice after a blow out 20 minutes later into riding. He gave me a reasonable deal for a used tire that I really needed. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Thank you!
The owner is all about bikes. Great service, great prices, great attitude! UPDATE: I was low on cash and Christian let me buy one of the shop's used tires. Still works great!
