I was so surprised! Villy Custom is anything but an ordinary bike shop. It's a boutique where you can build your own custom cruiser bike from the ground up. It was so much fun deciding which color and accessory combinations matched my personality. The possibilities seemed endless.
Since I've had my bike, it feels like part fashion accessory and part artwork. It's looks as good on display at my place as it does on the bike path. I was very happy with the customer service and quality of their components.
I just booked my first costumed bike from them. The design it's perfect, I got my own logo printed on my bike's frame!! It was awesome!! It took me a while to assemble the bike but overall it was not hard. Cool company will a awesome team!
I recieved a $20 off coupon when i purchased my bike so i bought myself a basket, but forgot to apply the coupon and i called in to see if there was a way to apply it. The representative was incredibly nice and refunded me $20. SO GREAT BIKES, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND KILLER PRICES! I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM.
I worked here at the end of last year. These people knew who I was and the bad experiences I went through at a previous place before I even got here. Then they tried to duplicate it. I had a terrible experience working here! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you are also a snarky, aggressive, selfish millennial. For anyone else you have been warned.
