I take my bike here for service the start of every spring, decent prices on a full tune up. Also they have good deals on new bikes during the off season so keep an eye out for those.

ICY reception, Poor customer service, I was lucky to receive a greeting. The manager seemed upset because I was bothering him by looking for a ski helmet, he was rearranging the store and pointed to the helmets in the rear of the store. I wanted to purchase snow ski's from there markdown area however the young lady/salesperson on the ladder gave a icy response to questions. The only reason I gave them two stars because of the young kid that helped me with my purchase was great.
The guys in the cycling department are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround time on repairs/service and the pricing is great. Can't recommend them enough.
