They helped me find the perfect bike. I'm pretty short, but didn't need anything "custom" since I only ride a few times a year with my friends. I will say they're a little pricey but you get what you pay for!
Best bike shop in town. Great prices, and the service guys are top notch. We used to rent our bikes here, but once they told us we could apply our rental charges for the past 30 days towards the price of a new bike, we would up buying 2!
I love this place and everyone there. They get the job done right the first time. They also have a great respect for the military and civil service workers.
I own a couple bikes and went in looking for something new and particular. Erin spent 30 minutes with me having me a try a variety of bikes at a variety of price points. She didn't push me towards any one in particular and just wanted me to find the right bike for ME today. I am so pleased with the friendly service and the offering of products. I went there as my daughter needed air in the tire, little did I know that she would need new training wheels and my youngest baby would need a new inner tube and some rubber to stop the spokes from puncturing the inner tube. Again from the moment i walked in, even helping me get my bikes back in the car, their customer service was nothing short of superb. I will definitely come back and continue to do business with.
