Picking up my car was quick and easy. Our car was immaculate. I enjoy the fact you can select any car that is available. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Great experience
This is probably one of the best services and companies I've used for travel. Our company has a national account. I reserve the vehicles through the National Car app. on my phone. When I land at the airport, there are no hesitations or conflicts...I get a car of my choice and head out. It is easy and affordable.. If you travel, I would highly encourage you to give this your utmost attention.
UPDATE: On my last flight I left the terminal just as the second National bus drove up. Way to go National!
Great experience. The ability to simply step off the shuttle and walk over to the car of your choice is wonderful. The only reason I cannot award 5 stars is due to the wait for a shuttle. If you arrive during a busy time, be prepared to wait for a shuttle to the rental car area.
I was traveling with my wife and 3 kids (6yo, 4yo, and 5mo). We had a TON of baggage and car seats. The bus driver was incredibly helpful, not only loading / unloading all our stuff, but also walking us to our car. Once on the lot, the customer service only got better! Thank you for being the best!
