My experience at apple yesterday was outstanding! I had help from two smiling faces, Javier and Brenda. They had no problem running the diagnostics on my phone and helping replace it. Everything Ran smoothly and I had no issue being in and out in no time. I believe they deserve some recognition for the amazing customer service they provided not only for me but for every customer that came in to see them.
I purchased an Apple iPhone 7 Plus in August at the store. I was not under contract with any cell service provider but my service was with Verizon. I told them I wanted to purchase a phone from the Apple store financed by the Apple store so that I was not in a contractual relationship with Verizon. Within the two-week window I discovered that they had sold me a phone that Verizon account. So I took the phone back and I purchased a phone from Apple and financed it with Apple citizen one loan. Two months later I’m getting collection notices from Verizon because Apple did not login correctly that I had returned this Product. Verizon is trying to force me to pay for the phone even though I have documentation from the Apple store that I returned it. Apple will not answer the phone at the Knox Street store location. I have even had an Apple representative calling trying to reach them and they don’t answer the phone. Verizon said they got them to answer the phone once but they refused to speak with Verizon about the issue. Absolutely the worst situation I can imagine as I no longer live near this location and cannot personally go there to solve the situation.
Stopped by with my daughter (12) with her ipad for repairs. Our first time in an apple store. We were greeted at the door and directed to someone immediately. He was so nice to my daughter. It turned out to be a simple fix and he had us on our way within a few minutes even though the store was fairly busy. Fantastic service. While we were there I observed the other staff members being very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
DISCRIMINATION AGAINST A YOUNG FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENT!!!!
I sent my daughter into this store on 11/3/17, the same day the new iPhone X was being release, to get her computer fixed. They had no one available ALL DAY to work with existing customers and their computer problems. I told her to buy a new computer and we'd deal with the broken computer later. They WOULD NOT SELL HER A COMPUTER!!!! They said because she did not have an ID (she did not want the student discount) they could not sell her one. She had a credit card in her name and the charge would have been fine to be processed. This Apple store employee bullied and discriminated again my daughter. Shame on you!! Wish I had never developed a campaign back in 1985 to help Apple get its launch on college campuses!! Oh, and she went to another store later in the day and bought the new Mac!
I never care to go to the Apple store (especially after a new phone launch) but I had to out of necessity. I walked in and I got greeted quickly and I informed them I was looking for a new phone. He said there was a bit of a wait for them (about 20 minutes). However, it didn’t take long for my turn to come up (about half the time). The employee got me up and going quickly with my new phone and I was done in less than 40 minutes. That shocked me for a Saturday. Parking can be a bit tricky here so you may have to walk a bit.
