The sales staff is super helpful and explain anything you need when it comes to computer parts. I came in knowing what I wanted but knowing what exactly I needed for my computer. Excellent service with knowledgeable staff. I ordered online with in store pickup. I was in and out of the store in under ten minutes. If anything, the service might be too personal. I was greeted by a manager and the cashier. I would highly recommend this store for any electronics need.
Nothing like Fry's... thank god! Helpful and friendly staff that knows what they are talking about. Good selection and prices. Their website said they had it in stock and they did (very popular item that was sold out everywhere). Walked around for about 30 minutes and was impressed that the helpful staff checked up on me several times wanting to help me find something. Thank you Microcenter... you will see me again!
