Go to another Apple Store. I went to this one 4 times in the last two months to upgrade from an iPhone 5s to a 7 and now 8. The last two times their staff kept messing up on the credit billing/service provider and ultimately wasted 2 hours of my time. The manager Julia said she would give me a phone case for the trouble. When I went back this evening to get the iPhone 8, she said their operations end at 8pm and they have reservations to honor, and she cannot sell me an iPhone 8. But she didn't say the phones were sold out. There was no line and employees were standing around socializing with one another not helping any customers. What's the issue? I'm a paying customer. Why are you wasting my time? Why am I giving this store a chance and the benefit of the doubt? I'll never come here again. Do not be fooled by their smiling faces. They are of no help and lack integrity. I even wary of going to the Knox/Henderson location. Maybe I'll try the AT&T store instead
Had a really bad experience with this Apple Store. When I took my silicone phone case in (that was still well within the year warranty) they told me the return policy was now 14 days and in order to replace the case they would need a managers approval. Turns out the managers were all "busy" and couldn't spare two seconds to override a return. I was then told I needed to make a Genius Bar reservation to replace the case. After leaving this store with nothing but wasted time. I headed to the Apple Store on Knox street and left with a new case within a few minutes. Will not he visiting this store again.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS STORE!!!! A girl named Vichyda took care of me and did a terrible job. She never disclosed that there would be a possibility that my phone would have to be completely restored. When I restored it important data was missing from my phone and when u told them about it they didn’t care. There’s no way I should be paying for my phone to get fixed and find my data missing. They don’t care about customer service and when they do mess up they don’t fix it.
I don’t normally rate businesses, but my service here was so terrible I had to. We walked in the store and got greeted by the greeter, and asked her a couple of questions, she stopped in the middle of the conversation and walked away from us and started talking to someone else, like we weren’t important. No one came to help us, and there were about 5 employees just standing around talking amongst eachother laughing and joking around. We had to go up to an employee and ask for help, and for some reason the lady seemed to have an attitude.The lady seemed as if we were bothering her for asking questions. After that we just left, I’ve never been to an apple store where they were this rude. I don’t know if it was because they thought we were broke college students or what, but I will most likely never shop at this Apple store again, and I advise you not to either.
Need anything fixed bring a tint and camp out cause they just sit you to the side and ignore you all day. And it's always your fault never a Apple problem they do everything to charge you more money to fix the same issue over and over unroll you buy something new.
