This is a very nice location with a lot of helpful employees. I went into get a new charger for my iPhone and when I went in I found what I wanted and also showed the cashier a lower price online and they matched the price right there for me. Great service
Good prices. Service was slow. I had to hunt someone down in another department and wait until they were done joking around. Then they called someone over who answered "im pretty sure" to everything. Finally, they called another guy over who knew about cameras but had an attitude and rushed through everything.
Nice and clean store, went to buy a new big screen that's 4k. Associates were helpful. But be very careful, upon checkout they tried to sell 4K accessories which aren't really needed and tried to sell extended warranty. They try to be aggressive, hold your ground!
I recently purchased a curved screened monitor, keyboard and mouse. They monitor was on sale and not in stock and was to be delivered to my home about 2 weeks later. Well, I got an email on the date of delivery, stating that it would be a bit longer. So ,about 8 days later I call this store and they had 9 of them at the store. Long story short, they had the 24" screen in the store and the one, on sale, that I bought was 22" screen. But, the staff and a particular young lady, Genia, got the old order cancelled and I received the larger 24" screen , for no additional charge! The whole staff was very nice, helpful and a total great experience, with smiles and nice conversations with each person I came in contact with!
Be prepared to wait. It'll be worth it. The staff is a bit thin, but the people they do have provide great customer service. This location has some excellent camera experts who specialize in particular brands but know them all, if you know when to go. Ask about their free monthly camera classes - valuable one-on-one time with their pros.
