Pens dont work. Staff does not know how to operate new software on Surface tablet. Every product has a discount if you ask. Staff are poorly dressed. There is a lack of accessories. Go by the Apple store they have a clue. Love the Surface hate the store
Had a well-known issue with the Surface Pro 4 so I took it the the MS Store. The checked me in, asked a couple of questions, checked out the problem and replaced the unit. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was courteous and the service was fantastic.
Friendly staff. I had an issue with my pen and the tech ( I think his name was ken) was very helpful. He couldn't replace my pen but he went and talked to a manager who was able to replace. I am very satisfied with the service I received with my visit. Will definitely be coming back here again.
Store is nice, bright, and open. Scheduled an explore session, and was disappointed. The employee just stood there and said, "what do you want to learn?" right beside the checkout. He didn't take me to the side (or even to a computer), didn't offer any suggestions, and really didn't do a good job of answering the questions I did ask. Once I realized there was no benefit to this session, I quickly ended it and left.
Came here looking to purchase a surface tablet but really wanted to test the pen feature. Half of the tablets were either unusable or missing the compatible pen. Asked a store associate to get a functioning pen and tablet duo but she got sidetracked and forgot about us. All of the tips on the pens were completely broken. I do not understand how you expect to sell any products if potential customers can't even properly get a good feel for the product. Poorly managed store with no service.
