Make empty promises. Don't answer their phone. The product was not what I expected, they could not even propose an exchange or refund that I asked for, 24 hours after delivery. Their customer service is horrible. Don't even think about warranty with these people.
I found this shop through one of the employees on the mobile app OfferUp, and she was extremely helpful and kind from the first day I showed interest in a piece of furniture. When viewing the furniture in store, she was ready to answer any question myself or my mother had about a specific couch, and any other furniture that piqued our interests. I am very grateful that I found this shop, and will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future. Very professional, clean, organized and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I have had good experiences with this company. I have purchased from them a few times and have not had any problems. Delivery was a few days after what I was originally told but they had to order my piece so it was totally understandable. They have decent inventory and good prices. The salespeople were helpful and not pushy, they let us look around and then offered help when we asked.
