Thomas was my sales representative. Everything went smoothly. Listened to what I needed and made sure I understood my purchase. It was a busy night concidering Thanksgiving day and Dallas Cowboys were playing. Great service they even check the box and assure nothing was broke before I left, that was really cool. I had the worst experience with a manager Jeremy. I went back to store to speak to someone about my damaged dresser. He stated too bad lady. I asked him so you mean I am stuck with a broken dresser?? He said yes you are. I called corp they said no we will send somebody to repair it. That's what he should have said!!! Not too bad your stuck with it!!!
Susanna was great! She immediately took control of our Pre approved process, she ask questions to understand what our purchase goals were, pointed us in the direction of the departments for the items we planned to purchase n then stepped aside to allow us to begin making our selections but always remaining close by to answer any questions. She closed our sale with simplicity walking us through step by step with the paperwork and all the time had a smile on her face
It was a very easy and quick process! Very friendly customer service and helped my family and I pick the right furniture! Having it delivered first thing in the morning:)
The representative that assist us in buying our appliances were very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was very pleasant and I didn’t have any trouble getting the items I had looked at online. Everything was ready for me and within minutes I had completed my transaction and was on my way home with a schedule date for delivery. He was awesome!!!
