Great customer service. I was helped by Avery, he was able to help me find the furniture I was asking for and even more. I moved fairly quick to a new home and Avery was able to order my furniture quickly and delivery was quick. Very satisfied with this furniture company.
I've been to a bunch of furniture stores but none gave me the attention I needed like this store did. I'm very picky when it comes to furniture and they have so many styles and pieces to pick from. They have even more pieces than what you see online.
I had a great experience shopping at Furniture One. Seth was my salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get my mattress the same day and my sleeper couch delivered a week later. The store offered many quality products options at very reasonable prices. The delivery men were timely and friendly. Everyone has been kind and respectful. I'm looking forward to shopping there again for addition furniture pieces.

Very Upset!! I spoke with Avery about getting a refund on something I was going to layaway. I had to finish paying the layaway off before they would order the furniture. I forgot all about my money and the layaway so I called to see if I could just get my money back since they hadn't ordered the furniture I wanted, Avery told me that I couldn't get my money back, is that money hungry or what??? Just keeping people money.
