Ordering was easy, although there was some confusion early on about how many chairs I would be receiving. On-line customer service solved it quickly. Chairs were easy to put together and look great. Not quite as plush and comfortable as I had hoped from the picture, but good. The adjustable feature is wonderful, works very well.
Stay away. Abhorrent customer service and you could end up with mismatched furniture. Not worth the potential headache. Spent a lot of money on a sectional sofa. The pieces did not match on first delivery. Delivery guys noticed and said they would fix it. No one reached out so I had to call the company. Told me it would be weeks before they can come back. Made me take the mismatched sofa piece back and they gave me a new one. Still didn’t match. Then had to go back again and got matching size but there was a color mismatch. Again, I had to pull teeth to get anyone to try to solve the issue. Finally weeks later they delivered yet another sofa. This time another full set that matched. They had horrible customer service the entire time. Wasted a ton of my own time making sure they fixed their own problems. Dealing with them was a total pain and if I could do it over again I’d never have ordered the sofa in the first place. For all my troubles they gave me a lousy $50 credit. Stay away for your own sanity.
Sonia the sales associate at Zuri was very helpful. She went over and beyond to patiently listen to what we needed and helped us. The white glove delivery service was very good too!
Great experience. Easy to order on line. After the order, I had a question. The call was answered promptly and my question answered. Delivery on time. Bar stools were easy to assemble. We get compliments from everyone that sees and sits in them.
Everything was great. I like your product, I like how it was packed, I like that I received pictures of packed chair. The guy who brought the chair was very attentive, he unpacked the chair and brought it into the house although it was above his responsibilities . The chair was the same a saw on the picture firm enough and comfortable. No damage. And one more: Zuri Furniture has very nice and needful customer service on line and by phone.
