My cousin, Sheila is here, and just wanted to express my sincere thanks to such an incredible TEAM! From the moment we walked in, it has been OUTSTANDING service. Dr. Pearl and his P.A is stellar. The surgery TEAM incredible. The nurses and ALL STAFF on the 3rd floor, impeccable. We just can't say enough about your overwhelming professionalism. Kristen, Kelsey, Lou! Thank you just doesn't seem like enough. God Bless All Of You from the bottom of our Hearts.
The nurses and techs were good but the doctors and surgeins need to go back to school . They have bad bedside manners. One has put 2 pacemakers in my husband and twice they were taken out due to infections. The ER kept sending him home saying nothing is wrong, blood work is good , etc. I saw and kept 2 of his EKG's that said he had a heart attack. They sent him home 3 hours later. Saying nothing is wrong with him. I saw a guy who was in the ER waiting room with us. He was discharged and we found him in their parking lot laid out from having a stroke(we found out from the guy himself 2 days later). They don't care about the patients. They throw people out in the middle of the night who have to ride the train which don't start running til 4am. When noone is in the waiting room they don't let them wait inside where it is safe.
All staff quality of excellence ! I have up coming Open-heart surgery, this has been a process of cooperation between myself and Dr.Gonzolazes, the history, tests and decisions made, assurance by Cardio Coordinator Diana that however many questions I have they are answered and I have had many, my gratitude Diana. 6th floor here I come tomorrow for my quality of life to improve God willing. My family not large but Love runs deep. Thanks to all the Physicians and Nurses that assist Dr. Gonzo. Sincere appreciation. Carole Nelson
Wonderful place and experience. Staff worked very to get you back ,always positive and uplifting. Enjoyed my exercise and especially Boxing. As I learned beta blockers and exercise are a must.
I was airlifted to this place Friday 6/30/17 from Lake Pointe in Rowlett (please don't go there). I talked to 8 different doctors an 12 nurse's. Mind you I'm aware it's a "holiday weekend". A doctor told me We have to get your Blood pressure under control you WILL BE out of here by Monday July 2nd. Okay it's July 5th. Between the 30th and now I've spoken with 10 more doctors/speacialist, 6 nurse practitioners, 10 RNs, & 2 CNA's. I still have not seen the doctors from Friday. Everyone I've talked to has told me something different. My main problem with this place is the lack of communication amongst staff. I don't like being lied to or deceived. If everyone is on vacation fine just say that. I should have a choice if I want to leave or not. I feel trapped here. This may sound crazy but I also feel like they are stretching this whole thing out. This is the hospital version of a Car Dealership!!! I give the RN's a 5 star. They were great especially Tam and Justine.
