My 3 kids love Dr McDonald. She's really good with my daughter who has autism and ADHD, so when my sister asked for a recommendation for her 2yr old I told her about McDonald and she will be going to her first appointment with McDonald next wk.
The doctor, Dr Mc. Donald is amazing, but those ladys making appointments are horrible. They take their sweet time and dont even try to help getting appointments the same day which they should, take very long to answer a call. It was the best clinic in the begaining and now i am really fed up and looking for another clinic!!!!!!!!!
Very slow service. Lobby stank. Receptionist spoke about me in spanish, I comprehended enough that she was being rude.. I waited over an hour for my appointment with my kids in the lobby. Then another 15 in the room before the doctor even came, then he was "irritated" because I wasn't answering questions about Me and My life, when my visit about my kids. Top it off.. Waited and extra 20 min in the room after Dr left for my kids to geg their shots.. #prayingForThisClinic
I think that this office and chain of children's health suck. This one in particular I scheduled a appointment to see this doctor and they had to reschedule because he would not be in, ok cool. But I have to wait a week for them to call me AGAIN and tell me he won't be in and my son can't be seen until next week Friday... Really??? That is completely ridiculous!!! I came from California and their hospitals is so much better. I schedule a appointment and they are there and prompt!!! Thank god my son only needs a checkup geesh.
Dr. Tonya McDonald is absolutely amazing. From the moment she walks in to the exam room her focus is on the child. She's attentive and very great with small children. My 2 year old trusts her and even laughs and plays with her. She is a Dr that takes her medical oath very serious and always wants the best for every child. I recommend anyone looking for a new Dr to try Dr. McDonald. I guarantee you will love her as much as my family and I do.
