We have been here a dozen times with our daughter. Every single time we are met with such good care. The doctors and nurses are so kind and helpful. We love medical city!

We have been in and out of this hospital from February - August 2016 because of my daughters illness. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hospital was clean and organized. Checking in or out was never a problem!

Get the feeling if your able to fend for yourself you receive some degree of attention, however if your unable as my 93 yr old mother is you become an afterthought. Have to ask to wash and change her in the morning. Disappointing !

This hospital exceeded every expectation! Everyone was wonderful some incredible!! We delivered our first child at this hospital and regardless the distance we will deliver every child here. The staff serving us were genuinely invested our whole stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better delivery and post recovery stay.

This by far is the worst hospital I have ever been to.

Upon checking in at the front desk the nurse said her computer was down and for me to sign at the computer which is completely unsafe because if someone wanted to steal your identity all they need is your name DOB and SSN and can see a doctor under your information. Second when I was called back I had to sit and wait until a patient came out the room then the PA along with a nurse asked questions only to just send you right back out to the waiting area. Then about 30 minutes later I was called to the back to give blood and that's when I asked to speak with the charge nurse because everything so far was completely unorganized. Only to find out the director of the ER formally worked at Parkland the old Parkland before they threatened to shut it down meaning they/she is running the ER like Parkland runs their ER which can only mean "Unorganized and Unprofessional Staff" I was informed by the charge nurse that they were completely full to capacity. I immediately snapped by bracelet off and told them I am leaving. Thank God for Baylor because they seen me immediately. The waiting area in Medical City is completely small. Medical City ER is being ran the way Parkland ER is ran. Do your research people before you go to this hospital because the people that were fired at Parkland now work at Medical City. You are wasting your time if you go to Medical City and in extreme PAIN. So take my advice and RUN
