Customer service is underrated. Some staffs are pleasant n others are ill mannered unfortunately. They project their dissatisfaction with the way they treat patients. They need more n lots of patience n understanding in dealing with the sick n the needy,
Customer service is soo bad here. Let’s not mention getting someone on the phone. I’ve called and called for 2 weeks and it sounds like someone always picks up the phone and hangs up. I finally showed up in person and they told me I would have to call, they give me a direct line but that number is “not in service”.
Every time i call its like this. Doesnt matter how early i call.

Every time I try to call Dr. Berry’s office to set up an appointment they never answer the phone. It’s so frustrating because I love Dr. Berry! This whole location when you try calling the main line to get through no one picks up either. This whole building needs to go back and learn customer service.
