They never answer the phones!!! It's an eternity before you can get an appointment scheduled.. Horrible!! Worst place ever!! Has been twice that they make me wait in the waiting room over 2 damn hours! Then they call you in like you haven't been waiting forever just to make you wait another damn hour in the patients room!
Ive been put on hold for a hour and a half!!! What is the freaking issue?!! You guys suck ass! The doctors and receptionist suck!!
Great place, I've been going here for almost 2 years. I love Kris, my doctor. Yes, there is a waiting period, a little longer than most, but considering the size of the clinic it is understandable. After my first couple of visits I have been in and out with in an hour.
Non existent communication, filthy bathrooms, you'll be better off going up there instead of calling because they do not answer the phone, nurse bedside manners are heartless, they cancel your appointments with no warning and without communicating it to you. Not wasting my gas or time here anymore. Very disappointed
CALLED IN THE MORNING AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE OPTION TO WAIT JUST HANG UP, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS????
THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE 5PM WHEN ITS CLOSES !!! AND NEVER GOT BACK!
