Had a huge pain that I've never felt before. And they made me priority. Nurses were very attentive and nice. Shout out to E.R. nurse Caitlyn. She was awesome
Parkland staffs, Docs, and Nurses were amazing. Hospital was spotless clean and security was top notch. Was grateful to have my father admitted for surgery. He is doing great. They even help for uninsured and make proper follow up. If you are in Dallas County, there is no other Hospital better than this.
Took a tour of Parkland after a near and quite dear family member retired after 40 years of Nursing. Parkland has a beautiful campus! Even at night!
They take a long time to do their job. I been hurting n waiting for 7 hrs. They need to their job better and they need to stop talking and making people wait for a long time. And they savage against latin patients
The best hospital in the world. I have never had a problem with any staff member. I was courteous to them and they gave me the same treatment. I'm glad to be a part of their financial plan and they took care of me throughout my illness and diabetic turmoil. They told me what to eat and I followed their instructions. In a month of finding out I had diabetes I took my blood sugar level down from 451 to 123, in just one month, but I had to follow their instructions. Thank God for Parkland and their excellent care and financial plan
